Shipping Policy

Many items ship same or next day, however due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order.  Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. 

However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 10 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update.

Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.

International Shipping

International shipping postage simply covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel.  Winning Is My World Clothing Co does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.

If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders could take 6 – 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Winning Is My World Street Apparel Co is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Winning Is My World Clothing Co
