    Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, order shipping details were incorrect, or simply doesn’t like the product.

    You will be required to pay for shipping back to Winning Is My World Street Clothing Co item(s) for any exchange or return for refund.  Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

    Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse. Please allow 30 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed to the time the refunded amount appears on your credit card statement.

    If the method of payment used at the time of purchase has changed, please note that you will be refunded in the form of store credit only.


    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery.  All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit/Refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.

    Exchange requests are subject to product availability.  If the requested item is no longer available at the time of return processing, a store credit will be issued.

    If you are returning an item that has been previously exchanged, there are no refunds on any exchange returns.

    Return Processing Time Frame: 10-14 business days once the return package is received.

    Sales items are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    We cannot accommodate cancelation requests at this time. Once an order is placed through our website, our warehouse works efficiently to ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders upon request due to this. Please make sure that any promo codes have been applied to your order before completing the check out process, as the final price with the discount  will be reflected before the check out process is completed. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our support team for further assistance.


    A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photographic proof of 6 images.


    In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

    If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office / delivery carrier. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

    After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to our Support team by emailing us at Shop@WinningismyWorld. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.


    We can process a return for our international customers, however, our return labels are available for use by U.S. Domestic customers only so a return shipping label is not provided.  After we receive your product, we’ll process your return within 10-14 business days, and any exchanges will be shipped back to you during that week.  We ship out free exchange orders, however, we are not responsible for additional charges associated with your countries’ customs taxes/duties, nor can we predict what these charges may be.
